Eight Wendell Deeds Recorded as Most Sale Prices Go Undisclosed
Eight properties changed hands in Wendell between July 24 and Aug. 22, but only three deeds disclosed a sale price: $80,000 for 174 West St., $130,000 for 128 Locke Hill Rd. and $200,000 for 1 Wickett Pond Rd., a median of $130,000 among disclosed sales. Locke Hill Road recorded two of the eight transfers. Four deeds named a bank or credit union as buyer or seller, and two involved a trust or estate. With five of eight prices undisclosed, the recorded data does not support a clear read on overall market tone this period.
