The median of those two prices is $149,152. The other seven transfers, including four on Wendell Depot Road, have no price yet, consistent with the registry's typical reporting lag rather than any disclosure issue. At least five of the nine transfers involved a government, utility, bank or nonprofit party rather than a private buyer and seller. With most price data still pending, the period's overall market tone cannot yet be characterized.
