Six Wendell property transfers recorded in late July, August; only one sale price disclosed
Wendell recorded six property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, but only one deed disclosed a sale price: $130,000 for 128 Locke Hill Rd, sold by Timothy and Jaime Hanrahan to Julia S. Flannery, trustee of the Locke Haven Trust. The other five sales, on Lockes Village Road, Locke Hill Road, Montague Road, Bullard Pasture Road and Jennison Road, carried no disclosed price. Locke Hill Road saw two of the six sales. Two deeds involved a bank or credit union as seller, and two involved an estate or trust. With pricing data available for only one of six transactions, the deed record does not support a broader conclusion about market direction this period.
