Wendell records seven property transfers in late summer, most with sale prices undisclosed
The Franklin County Registry of Deeds recorded seven Wendell property transfers between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one disclosed a sale price: $240,000, paid by Mount Grace Land Conservation Trust Inc. to Kathleen C. Quinlan and Mark J. Stetz on Sept. 10. Wendell Depot Road saw the most activity, with three separate transfers. Other deeds involved New England Power Co., the Massachusetts Commission on Conservation and Recreation, and the Franklin County Regional Housing Authority as sellers, along with an apparent estate transfer on Locke Hill Road. With pricing disclosed on just one of seven deeds, the data offers limited insight into current market values in town.
